Dunheved Industrial Estate Remedial Works

Lucas Civil group is proud to be working alongside Ford Civil on stage 1 of the Dunheved industrial estate. The project scope involves considerable bulk earthworks for the creation of multiple building pads on an extensive 35-hectare plot. This project includes the preparation of site to protect against rainfall including the construction of retention basins and drainage swells. Due to asbestos contamination of the excavated material, our plant has been carefully managed to ensure that no cross-contamination occurs between clean and dirty material on site, adhering to industry standards.

Seymour Shaw Park Stage 2

Lucas civil group prides itself on leaving a legacy for future generations, working alongside Sutherland Shire Council allowed us to do just that. Stage 2 of the Seymour Shaw Park includes the upgrade of the Seymour Shaw Park sports field with improvements made to infrastructure, building amenities, and bleacher seating, making an accessible path network and off-street carparking. Bulk earthworks were completed during a severe weather event which presented challenges, and a significant focus was placed on erosion control to successfully minimise the impact on the adjacent creek.

Gregory Hills Stage 2

Location: Turner Road, Gregory Hills
Gregory Hills stage 5 is a residential area on Turner Road consisting of 19 lots on an 8000m² plot. This job required LCG to strip and excavate site down to the natural underlying material, including up to 6m of vertical cut.

Wash Zone Car Wash Stage 1

Location: Edwards Road, Rouse Hill
Lucas Civil Group is proud to have worked on stage 1 of the Wash Zone Car Wash project on Edwards Road in the Rouse Hill area. Once completed, this 2000m³ plot was to include 4 bay self-serve car washes, 1 automatic car wash and a dog wash. This project represented a major milestone for Lucas Civil Group as our first project successfully delivered as Principal Contractor.
